Your employees will learn how to complete all the necessary forms to properly fill out an SBA loan package, including:
- SBA Form 159 (two pages)
- Filed Articles of Incorporation (make sure the
articles show the stamp of the secretary of state.
- Bylaws (always check the number of directors!)
- SBA Form 160-Corporate Reso to Borrow Or for a
partnership
- Partnership Agreement
- SBA Form 160A-Partnership Certification Or for an
LLC:
- LLC Operating Agreement
- Articles of Organization
- Fictitious Business Name Statement The next
section will include
- Applicable correspondence such as an eligibility
determination letter from SBA, a transmittal letter, if desired (it
is not necessary), a franchise approval letter from SBA, etc.

- Statement Regarding Lobbying
- 7a Center Guaranty Application Submission

- Written clearance of affirmative answers to
questions 8 and 9 on the form from the District Office, together
with all information about the issue that resulted in the
affirmative answer.

returns)

- Legal description (copy of grant deed or page of
prelim with legal description)

be acquired with loan proceeds

application
- Bankruptcy Details

- Affiliation with SBA, SCORE, ACE
