The history of a Florida's small business lending conference dates back to the 1980's. At the time the conference was an SBA sponsored event with a heavy SBA agenda. For a number of years it was held on the beach in Clearwater -- a compromise between the Miami and Jacksonville SBA district offices. Due to the economy, no event was held last year.

This year, the conference is being moved to a more convenient, less expensive Orlando. And its scope has been expanded to all Florida small business lenders who want to discuss Main Street lending issues.

We invite you to come learn how you can manage in today's changing landscape of small business lending. Business valuations are off 40%. Commercial real estate values are off 45%. Regulators are hammering the banks. So is the media. All of these issues will be addressed. We may not have all the answers, but you will learn what other lenders are doing to manage in this new environment.

Spend one day networking with old friends, meet new friends -- and learn from the experts who are shaping the constantly evolving face of Florida small business lending.
