Deborah Crain, Attorney at Law

Deborah Crain was born in Metairie, Louisiana. She obtained her B.S. in Marketing in 1999 and her Juris Doctor from the Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert School of Law in 2002. Ms. Crain worked in private practice in Louisiana after she attended law school. While in private practice, Also, Ms. Crain worked for the State of Louisiana, the Louisiana Tax Commission, as a Staff Attorney.

Ms. Crain holds her law licenses in Texas and Louisiana. Her practice focuses on business, property tax and litigation. It is her mission to ensure that individuals and businesses are taxed fairly, in accordance with the Texas Constitution's mandate for fair market value. She assists her business clients with a wide array of matters, from incorporating their business to protecting those businesses when faced with litigation. Ms. Crain's background in business compliments her litigation background, and she feels it is imperative that legal goals merge with business goals.

Ms. Crain also is fluent in American Sign Language, and has served as a volunteer interpreter for many years. She is active in the community and regularly attends ASL events in the Houston area.
